Terms & Conditions

ACLS Courses stands by the quality and integrity of its online exams and training products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!

We are so confident that applicants enrolled in our program will have a positive experience that we are able to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason an applicant is not satisfied with their purchase, a full refund will be granted so long as the refund request occurs before completing and submitting answers to one of our exams for review and is within 6 months of original purchase.

Applicants that request a refund after electronically submitting their answers to our online ACLS certification or recertification exams, regardless of their score, and whose original purchase is beyond 6 months, cannot be awarded a refund. We encourage you to contact our customer service agents via email in the event you are dissatisfied with our products or services in an effort to resolve any matter before requesting a refund.

ACLS Courses provides an ACLS certification card to those applicants that pass our exam confirming that they have successfully passed our ACLS program. The ACLS provider card that is awarded will not be sent or endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA). Our ACLS program and exams are 100% online, and as such the AHA does not approve or endorse any ACLS program that is completed entirely online at this time. It is up to the purchaser or end user of our ACLS program to determine their employer’s/organization’s requirements of ACLS certification before submitting their ACLS exam purchased from us for review.

By enrolling in our ACLS program you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • You agree to hold ACLS Courses harmless of any responsibility in the event that injury, negligence, incompetence or death occurs as a result from practice or knowledge gained in our certification or recertification course or from our website’s resources.
  • You agree that our ACLS courses and exams are based and crafted after the current AHA guidelines, however, applicants will not receive an AHA provider card upon completion of our program as we are not endorsed by the AHA. Our exams are 100% online and at this time the American Heart Association does not endorse any program that can be completed entirely online.
  • You agree that ACLS Courses makes no claim that the courses and exams offered should be viewed as an all-inclusive instructional representation for Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
